Our AC maintenance plan is $239 per year and covers one residential air conditioning system. Membership includes a yearly maintenance visit, 15% off AC repairs on parts and labor, free diagnostic calls, one hour of free emergency service and priority scheduling.
Membership lasts 12 months from enrollment and is renewable annually. Additional repairs and replacement parts needed during a maintenance visit are billed separately. Free diagnostic and emergency-call benefits do not accumulate or roll over into a new membership year.
