This Maintenance Plan covers one residential air conditioning system per membership.
The plan is valid for 12 months from the date of enrollment and is renewable annually.
Any additional repairs or replacement parts required during the maintenance visit are not included in the plan and will be billed separately.
Free diagnostic calls and one-hour free emergency calls are valid for the duration of the plan and do not accumulate or roll over from year to year.
